Quality, resistance and unprecedented life-span
FAM high temperature ovens allow removing humidity from paints, while optimizing the times and quality of drying and/or polymerization processes. The temperature inside the oven is set to increase progressively, until it reaches 100°-200°, based on the products being used. The water contained in the paint evaporates quickly, allowing the paint molecules to bond together to create a resistant and perfectly uniform finish. At the end of the drying process, the full consolidation of the coating is guaranteed by a gradual cooling process.
FAM drying and polymerization ovens are equipped with a built-in monitoring system, which allows easily regulating process temperatures and times. The efficient and modern design is also studied to facilitate feeding the pieces into the system and circulating the hot air optimally the work area.
